Job descriptionSeeking a reliable, results‑driven Technology Delivery Manager capable of operating effectively within a large development organization. Able to thrive in a globally distributed, fast‑paced environment that values diversity, teamwork, and collaboration. Passionate about technology with the willingness and ability to be hands‑on when required. Well‑versed in emerging and disruptive technologies, with a strong track record of successful execution. Able to perform under high‑pressure conditions and deliver quality outcomes. Role reports to the Lead Technical Delivery Manager and supports the technical delivery of strategic projects. Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant professional or technical certifications are an advantage. Over 10 years of experience delivering global or regional Cards solutions for multinational or regional organizations, including managing annual project budgets. More than 5 years of leadership experience overseeing IT Cards delivery teams. Strong technical and platform knowledge within the Cards domain, including Cardlink, VisionPlus, mainframe technologies (CICS / COBOL), 3D Secure applications (e.g., 2C2P, Arcot), Cards APIs, and loyalty / rewards platforms (e.g., One Empower app). Hands‑on experience leading Cards migration initiatives across platforms such as Cardlink, VisionPlus, and loyalty / rewards applications. Proven experience managing application development teams delivering large‑scale cards projects in banking or financial services. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with senior technical leaders. Demonstrated success managing cross‑functional teams that support multiple delivery streams. Well‑versed in internal and external best practices, bringing balanced and up‑to‑date viewpoints to delivery approaches. Highly effective in communicating with both senior technical stakeholders and business counterparts. Strong problem‑solving, analytical, systems thinking, and solution‑design capabilities. Possesses an engaging, open, and genuine personality that fosters positive interaction across all organizational levels.
