We’re looking for a forward‑thinking Assistant Director of Safety & Security who will shape a secure environment where luxury meets peace of mind.

What will I be doing?

• Leadership & Operational Oversight – assist in managing daily security operations, ensure the safety of guests and staff, and assume full departmental responsibilities in the absence of the Director of Safety & Security.
• Safety & Risk Management – apply knowledge of fire prevention regulations, identify and mitigate safety hazards, plan and execute emergency drills, and coordinate rescue operations during incidents.
• Compliance & Documentation – maintain legal and hotel‑specific documentation, including certifications, logs, and SOPs, and ensure timely reporting and compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Training & Development – conduct safety and fire prevention training for team members, deliver advanced training to Safety & Security Officers, and organize drills for the hotel’s Voluntary Fire Brigade.
• Investigative & Preventive Skills – investigate fire incidents, criminal activities, and suspicious behavior; implement preventive measures to maintain a secure environment.
• Event & VIP Security Planning – develop security plans for high‑profile events and VIP guest visits, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies.
• Stakeholder Engagement – build and maintain strong relationships with local law enforcement, fire departments, and other government bodies, acting as a liaison to support hotel interests.
