  • Plan and execute online campaigns, product listings, and promotional activities.
  • Handle daily operations — orders, inventory updates, product uploads, and customer inquiries.
  • Analyse store performance, track sales reports, and identify areas for growth.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content and boost online visibility.
  • Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends, platform algorithms, and competitor activities.
