This role ensures compliance with statutory requirements, internal policies, and supports employees with payroll and benefits-related queries.
- Payroll Administration
- Process payrolls for all employees on a monthly basis.
- Ensure accuracy in salary calculations, statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB), and other withholdings.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in compensation.
- Prepare payroll reports for management and finance.
- Coordinate with Finance for payroll funding and disbursement.
- Assist with renewal and appointment of payroll vendor
- Benefits Administration
- Administer employee benefits programs including medical, insurance, leave, PRUEmpire etc.
- Liaise with insurance providers and benefit vendors for enrolment, claims, and renewals.
- Maintain accurate records of employee benefits and ensure timely updates.
- Support employees with benefit-related inquiries and claims.
- Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and submit statutory reports (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN and RLMS).
- Assist in internal and external audits related to payroll and benefits.
- Employee Support
- Respond to employee queries regarding payroll, payslips, and benefits.
- Conduct onboarding briefings on payroll and benefits for new hires.
- Support HR initiatives related to compensation and benefits.
