Process Engineer / Senior Process Engineer

Job Summary :

Sustain all lithography processes and activities in manufacturing and under development; run as required and review the weekly process Statistical Process Control (SPC) chart and complete corrective action as defined.

Assists in developing and sustaining photolithography module processes; selecting and creating process recipe for under development, process improvement or process troubleshooting

Support the photolithography engineering area lead with hand on processing of photolithography processes trouble shooting and development activities, tool acceptance, and material selections evaluations. Publish results from DOE experiments and project activities.

Perform reticle job view for every new technology / process (if required)

Work closely with operation team members, production and maintenance, to achieve production goals.

Have flexibility in work load and hours, in response to the dynamic work environment of a growing start-up company.

Complete regular status update and reports of area activities and performance metrics

Job Requirements

Access Factory Works Client, SDL and SPACE application for lot disposition and improve cycle time.

Access tool database and data plot for recipe setup and process troubleshoot.

To access statistical tools such as DataPower / Klarity Defect / Wafer Sleuth / JMP for process

troubleshooting, defect improvisation, yield improvement and etest data analysis.

Reduce production wafer rework.

Access and maintain process input parameter control (APC, FDC, etc)

Manage and control RCS recipe release or shutdown in the tool.
