Requirements
- Education : A professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CA.
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in F&B and franchise industry, with a strong background in preparing consolidated financial statements and handling tax compliance. Senior Finance Executive with minimal management experience is encouraged to apply
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in accounting software (SQL) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Familiarity with accounting standards (IFRS) is essential.
- Attention to Detail : Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with auditors and internal stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities
1. Financial Planning & Analysis
Prepare and manage the annual budget and financial forecasts.Monitor financial performance by analysing results and recommending actions to improve profitability.Prepare periodic management reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for management review to support management strategic decision-making.Manage cash flow planning.2. Accounting & Reporting
Preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements : Compile and prepare consolidated financial statements for the group, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.Supervise the day-to-day accounting functions including AP, AR, GL, payroll, and bank reconciliations.Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing.Ensure timely and accurate compliance with service tax regulations and local tax laws, including the preparation and submission of tax returns / statutory filings.3 . Cost Control & Operational Finance
Monitor food, beverage, labour, and overhead costs across outlets to ensure cost efficiency.4. Internal Controls & Risk Management
Identify and implement improvements in accounting processes and financial reporting to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Develop and maintain financial policies, SOPs, and internal controls.Identify and mitigate financial risks, including fraud detection and loss prevention.5. System Management & Financial Tools
Oversee the maintenance, accuracy, and functionality of the accounting system and any financial-related IT systems (e.g. POS integration, payroll software, payment gateway reporting).Liaise with software vendors, IT support, and internal departments to ensure systems are updated, secure, and aligned with business requirements.Proactively identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, automate processes, and enhance data accuracy and reporting capabilities.6. Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and manage the finance team to drive continuous improvement.Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and regulatory bodies.Benefits
