Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Accounting; professional certification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA) preferred. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Exposure to construction, manufacturing, or project costing is highly desirable. Finance Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
- Oversee month-end closing and guide the team to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.
- Monitor production costs and collaborate with operations to implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and local tax regulations, including e-invoicing.
- Manage working capital, cash flow, supplier payments, and customer collections.
- Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure transparency and compliance.
- Provide financial support to cross-functional teams including operations, procurement, HR, and inventory.
- Coach and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
