Requirements :

Diploma / Degree in Beauty Therapy or related field (CIBTAC / CIDESCO / SKM preferred).
3–5 years as a beauty therapist, ideally with training experience.
Skilled in skincare, treatment techniques, and equipment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficient in Mandarin and English.
Willing to travel locally for training sessions.

Offer :

Basic salary RM4500–RM6000

EPF, SOCSO, EIS

5-day work week (Mon–Fri, 8 : 30am–5 : 30pm)

Job Summary : Beauty Trainer (Bukit Bintang, KL)

Our client, a pioneer in scientifically advanced skincare with over 35 years of excellence, has also successfully expanded into haircare since 2014. They are now hiring a Beauty Trainer to deliver engaging product, treatment, and sales training to salon professionals across Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct product knowledge and treatment protocol training.

Deliver sales and customer service workshops.

Develop and update training materials.

Provide on-site support and hands-on training.

Evaluate training effectiveness and support ongoing development.

Act as a brand ambassador and build strong client relationships.

Maintain training records and coordinate logistics.
