Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 : 30 AM – 6 : 30 PM
Job Responsibilities :
Candidates will be assigned to one of the following sub-teams :
Front Counter :
- Assist incoming invited and walk-in drivers.
- Manage the purchase of rider gear (delivery bags, T-shirts).
- Handle driver activation processes.
- Provide support and guidance on registration procedures.
- Conduct outbound calls to drivers to check their registration status, offer assistance, and encourage activation.
Backend Operations :
Review and screen driver profiles.Upload required documents (bank details, IC, license, road tax).Create and maintain driver profiles.Perform quality control and validation of driver accounts.Mini Warehouse
Pick and pack online purchases.Scan and count inventory.Maintain records and update driver files.Monitor delivery and driver activation status.Handle stock movement and organization.Requirements
Must be comfortable working in an office environment.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).Ability to multitask and work efficiently under minimal supervision.Prior experience in customer service, data entry, or logistics is an advantage.Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.Job Types : Full-time, Contract
