Key Responsibilities : 🟠 Sales Admin Support -Assist in maintaining accurate sales records and updating the CRM system   -Support in preparing quotations, invoices, and follow-up communications   -Generate and compile weekly sales reports and pipelines   -Coordinate with the sales team to track leads and follow up with prospects   -Assist in organizing client meetings, demos, and proposal materials   🔵 Digital Marketing Support -Assist in scheduling and posting content on social media platforms (FB, IG, LinkedIn, etc.)   -Help monitor engagement, respond to comments / messages, and compile performance metrics   -Support in email marketing campaigns, including drafting content and contact list management   -Assist in basic design tasks using Canva or similar tools for marketing materials   -Conduct simple competitor research and collect industry insights for campaign planning   🟢 General and Ad Hoc Tasks -Help prepare presentation decks, event materials, and marketing kits   -Support internal meetings by documenting minutes and action items   -Assist with administrative duties as needed to support the team   Requirements : -Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields (students or fresh grads welcome)   -Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic digital tools   -Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends   -Attention to detail, time management, and willingness to learn   -Good written and verbal communication in English (Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are a plus)   -Bonus : Experience with Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools   What You’ll Gain : -Hands-on experience in real-world sales and digital marketing operations   -Exposure to CRM tools, marketing automation, and online campaign strategies   -Training, mentorship, and guidance from an experienced sales and marketing team   -Internship certificate upon completion and potential full-time opportunity
