We are seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale, complex projects across the APMEA region, with strong emphasis on Data Center projects. This role offers the opportunity to manage initiatives that are critical to our business growth and operational excellence.

The opportunity :

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of shaping strategic execution, working closely with stakeholders to align projects with business goals, and building high-performing, collaborative teams. You’ll bring not just project management expertise, but also the leadership and vision to navigate complexity, manage risks, and deliver results that make a lasting impact.

How you’ll make an impact :

• You will lead and motivate project teams to achieve key objectives and milestones effectively.
• You will develop comprehensive project plans in partnership with the Project Controls department, covering all critical aspects.
• You will manage project execution, ensuring adherence to Hitachi Energy policies and best practices throughout the lifecycle, monitor and control project financials, including invoices, expenses, and cash flow while managing associated risks and opportunities.
• You will ensure all project activities comply with contractual agreements and Hitachi Energy policies, as needed, serve as the primary interface with customers and key stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and issue resolution.
• You will ensure adherence to Hitachi Energy’s health, safety, and environmental policies within all project activities, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
