Requirements

  • Open to Malaysians only
  • SPM / STPM / diploma / degree holder, preferably with at least 1 year of experience in customer service, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a contact center, hospitality, travel agency, or customer service role.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Ability to converse & write in Mandarin & Cantonese will be an added advantage to serve the respective markets and liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
  • Computer-literate and internet-savvy.
  • A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet or exceed set performance standards
  • Willing to work in a rotation-shift environment

Responsibilities

  • Be part of our multilingual sales-oriented service team, supporting our customers on their Reservations and Loyalty Program Queries
  • Get comfortable in handling emails, calls and potentially chats
