LOGISTIC EXECUTIVE CUM ADMIN

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the movement of goods and materials. Prepare and coordinate the daily delivery plan. Arrange lorry driver’s daily tasks. Track shipments and ensure timely delivery. Liaise with vendors & clients. Documentation & Record Keeping

Prepare and manage shipping documents, invoices, and purchase orders. Maintain accurate records of logistics activities. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Vendor and Client Interaction

Build and maintain good relationships with logistics vendors and clients. Address and resolve any issues related to logistics and admin functions. Reporting & Data Analysis

Prepare logistics and admin reports for management. Analyze data to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Other Responsibilities

Support HR functions related to onboarding and staff coordination as needed. Perform other duties assigned by management.
