Job Brief :
Check out customer purchases, assist with ordering, receiving, stocking and display of product and prepares fresh juice, tea and coffee beverages, maintains cleanliness and provides customer service
Job Responsibilities :
- Greeting all to customer walk in or in front area.
- Check in customer purchases accurately in POS system efficiently.
- Open and close out till and registers according POS system, maintains consistent cash accuracy.
- Trains other staff as needed.
- Prepares coffee, tea, juice and upsell for counter cake product as needed.
- Monitoring customer in and out including staff.
- To maintain back store or item we be in its proper place.
- Communicates respectful at times.
- Know to quality standards for customer service.
- Report to work for scheduled shifts, on time and appropriately uniformed.
- Accepts and offers feedback and suggestion openly and respectfully.
- Accepts direction willingly and follows through with delegated tasks.
Job Requirements : - SPM holder.
- Minimum 1year knowledge of Food and Beverage basic.
- Microsoft Office
- POS system
- Good in Mathematic
- Strong communications skills and excellent.
- Team player and able to train and mentor team member.
- Ability to create excellent working relationships with all levels within the hotel
