Job description

Your Role :

  • Develop and execute growth strategies and marketing plans for the eCommerce channel to achieve assigned business targets.
  • Act as a key liaison with marketplaces (eg Shopee / Lazada / TikTok) to manage promotions, campaigns, and partnership opportunities.
  • To communicate with Relationship Manager / KAM to plan brand-related campaigns, calendar activities, and conduct quarterly business reviews.
  • Establish and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) / guidelines to improve daily business processes and enhancement of brand's image
  • Responsible for media placement strategy for social media postings (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and others)
  • Manage and update marketplaces and web stores, including uploading, maintaining, and optimizing product information and content.
  • Handle CRM tools, Email Marketing, and SMS Marketing to drive customer retention, acquisition, and engagement strategies.
  • Generate and analyze campaign performance & sales reports to measure effectiveness and guide future strategies.
  • Manage and coordinate live hosting activities, including live host task force calendar, planning content, and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations for promotions, order deliveries, shipping, marketing campaigns, and inventory management.
  • Manage product listings, descriptions, and pricing updates on eCommerce platforms and web stores.
  • Supervise and guide Digital Marketing Admin to ensure accurate and efficient handling of backend systems, product updates, and daily operations.
  • Handle additional duties or ad hoc projects as assigned to support business needs.

To qualify this role, you should possess :

  • Diploma / Degree in -commerce, Digital Marketing, Business or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in SEO, Google Analytics, Social Media Marketing, or Ecommerce
  • platforms are an advantage

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in E-commerce, Digital Marketing
  • Hands-on experience with product listing, pricing strategies, and sales conversion
  • optimization.

  • Understanding of customer behavior and data analytics tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and trends to optimize online sales strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and automation
  • software.

  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with marketing and sales
  • teams.
