Requirements : -SPM, Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in equivalent course; -Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience is a must, experience in Banking Industry / Financial Services / Fin-Tech would be an extra advantage; -Strong command of English in both verbal and written communication (COMPULSORY); -Able to commit working on rotational shift to support international market; -Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
