Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service, call center, or BPO roles is an advantage.
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to handle pressure professionally.
  • Fresh graduates with strong Mandarin language skills are welcome to apply.
