Job description

What you'll be doing

Lead manufacturing activities for NPI and Engineering Builds
Follow procedures and suggest improvements
Coordinate with Engineering, R&D, and cross-teams
Conduct analysis for manufacturability and performance
Support product development and update stakeholders
Plan projects, assess resources and review costs
Lead technical work, root cause, and failure analysis
Manage projects from Kick-off to industrialization
Procure tools, materials, and equipment for samples
Drive improvements in yield, quality, cost and defects
