Responsibilities
- Build lasting relationships with customers and enhance customer satisfaction through better understanding of their' requirements;
- Perform relevant sales administration activities in order to maintain accurate information of the customers' account;
- To provide service excellent to all existing accounts for better sales share possibilities;
- To oversee and improve company's deliveries by constantly providing feedback to internal and external customers;
- Responsible for achieving sales results in accordance with set targets and business strategy;
- To co-ordinate with ISO team member on ISO documentation and updates.
Qualifications
Education Level : Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary / STPM / "A" Level / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing, Commerce, Economics or equivalent.
Year Of Experience : At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Skills required :
