We are seeking a highly organized and meticulous individual to join our team as a Stocks & Procurement Manager.

Responsibilities

Meticulous, with an eye for detail, you ensure that every department has the equipment they require.
Organised and structured, you manage and prioritise your tasks with efficiency.
Key to our activity, you work with different departments and contribute to our overall success.

Requirements

Ensure the functions of purchasing & supplies, in compliance with the standards and procedures as set out in village and by the Regional Purchasing Department

Validate and generate all orders and supplies

Provide statistic support on Purchasing and Supplies to all Department heads so they can administrate their activity

Work with the Regional Purchasing Department for all the village’s purchasing and stock control activities.
