We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Test Lead to oversee our testing processes and ensure the highest quality of our software products. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in software testing methodologies, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

Role : Test Lead

What You'll Do :

Lead the testing team in developing and executing test strategies.

Design and implement automated testing frameworks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements.

Monitor and report on test progress and results.

Mentor junior testers to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Identify areas for process improvement within the testing lifecycle.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in QA.

What We’re Looking For :

Minimum of 7 years of experience in software testing, including lead roles.

Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit).

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
