We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Architect with proficiency in Japanese or Korean language to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in MS Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, coupled with excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.

Role : Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Architect ( Japanese or Korean language proficiency required )

What You'll Do :

Design and implement robust Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions tailored to client needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Optimize system performance and ensure seamless integration with existing applications.

Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize adoption and usage of the CRM system.

Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For :

Minimum 4 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation and architecture.

Proficient in either Japanese or Korean language (spoken and written).

Strong analytical skills with a knack for problem-solving complex issues.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with stakeholders.

Experience in cloud-based solutions and integration techniques is a plus.
