Base pay range

Salary : MYR3,500.00–MYR6,000.00 per month

Responsibilities

• Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans based on the Montessori method, fostering independence and a love of learning in toddlers.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration, discovery, and social interaction.
• Observe and document each child’s individual progress, developmental milestones, and learning styles, using this information to personalize instruction.
• Communicate regularly with parents, providing updates on their child’s development, addressing concerns, and fostering a strong home-school partnership.
• Guide and support toddlers in developing self-help skills, such as dressing, toileting, and eating independently.
• Supervise and interact with toddlers during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive learning community.
• Attend professional development workshops and training sessions to stay current on best practices in early childhood education and the Montessori method.
