• College Degree or above education.
• Having at least 1 year of experience in sea freight import / export operations.
• More than 5 years working experience in production management, management experience in large foreign trade enterprises and manufacturing enterprises is preferred.
• Proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• You must hold a valid Malaysian driver's license and use your own vehicle.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Formulate safety, production systems, and operating procedures for the production workshop.
• Manage daily operations related to safety, quality, and equipment.
• Oversee sea transportation management and coordinate international freight with colleagues in China.
• Coordinate port operations for imports and exports.
• Manage documents and ensure compliance for shipping and legal import / export declarations with China team.
• Coordinate warehouse management, including handling inbound and outbound logistics and related documents.
• Communicate with relevant government departments for business-related matters.
• Manage and train employees.
• Perform other temporary tasks as assigned.
