Overview

  • Monitor and schedule monthly invoicing; ensure the Invoicing Team has proper documents in place (within Company’s Sales Policies) before proceeding with Sales Order Creation, Invoicing and Issuance of Credit Note for sales reversal or reduction of sales.
  • Process, keep records and retrieve sales documents for invoicing purposes.
  • Ensure all invoices are accurately issued to the correct entity on time by coordinating with the respective HOD and customers (especially banks) on Purchase Orders and acknowledged Customer Service Report (CSR) to ensure prompt payment.
  • Review invoicing progress and outstanding Sales Orders with the Invoicing Team on a weekly basis, especially for completed jobs that need to be invoiced for the month.
  • Monitor and reduce the issuance of Credit Notes on a monthly basis.
  • Compliance guidance : Do not share bank or credit card details when applying for jobs. Do not transfer money or complete suspicious online surveys. If you see something suspicious, report the job ad.
