Job descriptionAble to speak and communicate in Mandarin Technical Diploma / Degree in Science or chemical qualifications Fresh graduates are welcome as training will be provided Minimum 1-2 years in providing on-site service works in the field of pulp & paper mill Good understanding of plant equipment and chemical treatment program applied Able to interact with customers and assist in enhancing customer satisfaction Assist account manager / engineer in start-up of chemical treatment program and troubleshooting in customer facilities Computer literate and must have a driving license Have own transportation and be able to travel around Malaysia for outstation

Responsibilities :
- Meeting with the customer to determine the nature of the service and support for pulp & paper mill
- Provide testing and on-site technical services management at customers' plants
- Check chemical dosing and routine monitoring of chemical performance
- Conduct routine dosing equipment servicing and maintenance out in the field
- Maintain housekeeping at allocated areas within customer premises
- Conduct site survey and obtain samples for laboratory analysis
