Job description

Inventory Management

Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and ensure accuracy between system records and physical stock.

  • Manage stock rotation (FIFO / FEFO) and prevent stock discrepancies or obsolescence.

Inbound & Outbound Operations

Coordinate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities.

  • Ensure proper documentation for import / export and timely dispatch of goods.

    • Warehouse Organization

    Optimize layout and space utilization for efficient storage.

  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with warehouse standards.

    • Process Improvement

    Identify gaps in warehouse workflows and implement improvements.

  • Support automation initiatives and digital tracking systems.

    • Team Coordination & Safety

    Guide warehouse staff on best practices and safety procedures.

  • Enforce safety regulations and ensure proper handling of equipment.

    • Reporting & Analysis

    Generate reports on stock movement, order fulfillment, and warehouse KPIs.
