Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, inventory control, or purchasing roles.
- Proficient in DMS ( Distributor Management System ) and ERP ( Enterprise Resource Planning ) systems.
- Strong attention to detail, good analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve set KPIs.
- Computer literate; proficient in MS Excel and relevant software.
- Experience in procurement, warehouse management, logistics management in Klang Valley and supply chain operations.
- Familiarity with safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in handling 20 or more warehouse staff.
Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring smooth workflow and space optimization.Management of departments of different pillars which consist of Receiving & Storage Department, Picking & Checking Department, Logistic Department, Warehouse Admin Department.strategically allocating resources, minimizing waste, and streamlining operations to reduce expenses while maintaining quality.Ensure proper documentation for all inventory and procurement processes.Exceptional analytical skill with the ability to interpret complex data and make inform decisions relating to warehouse.Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.Liaising with various Customers Distribution Centres representatives for Customer Service Level Satisfaction.Benefits
