Requirements
Proven experience in video editing and photography (portfolio required).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.).
Experience using AI-powered design tools for image generation, content creation, or video editing.
Strong sense of visual composition, lighting, and color.
Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
Experience in F&B is a plus.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
Video Production : Plan, shoot, and edit compelling video content for use across social media platforms and in-store digital displays (e.g., TV,LED screens).
Photography : Capture high-quality images of food, products, and ambience; perform retouching and color correction to meet brand standards.
Content Adaptation : Customize and optimize visual content for different platforms such as Instagram (IG), XiaoHongShu (XHS), and in-store displays.
Creative Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative, on-brand visuals that support campaigns and brand storytelling.
Asset Management : Organize and maintain a library of multimedia assets, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all visual outputs.
