Role : Legal Advisor (based in Kuantan)

Job Summary : Responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance to the company on various legal matters and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while minimizing legal risks.

Key Requirements

• Degree or Post-Graduate in Law from a reputed university with a valid Malaysian Bar Practising Certificate with at least three (3) years of PQE.
• In-depth knowledge of laws, regulations, and legal principles relevant to the manufacturing industry.
• Willing to relocate to Kuantan, Pahang for a minimum of 1 year.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide practical legal advice.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Mandarin, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly.
• Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism and integrity.
• Experience in contract review, negotiation, and drafting.
• Familiarity with employment law and corporate governance.
• Proficiency in legal research and strong legal drafting skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• 45 working hours per week (half working day on every Saturday or alternate Saturday).
• Accommodation and meals will be provided.
