Drive key retail KPIs including average basket value (ABV), conversion rate, and customer retention.

Manage daily store operations, visual merchandising, and inventory control to maintain brand standards.

Monitor and analyze store performance, implementing strategies to improve profitability and productivity.

Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management to ensure operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with brand policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.

Collaborate with area and head office teams to execute marketing and promotional activities effectively.

The Successful Applicant

• At least 8 years of experience in retail management, with proven success in managing people, store operations, and full P&L accountability.
• Strong leadership and team development skills with a hands‑on management style.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and achieve KPIs such as ABV, conversion rate, and sales growth.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Passionate about beauty, customer experience, and driving brand excellence.
• Commercially savvy with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Flexible, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment.
