Driver

Are you an experienced driver looking for a new challenge? Umra Medical Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a full-time Driver to join our team in Shah Alam, Selangor. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting medical supplies and equipment to our customers throughout the local area.

What you’ll be doing

Operate ambulance vehicles following designated routes and schedules.

Ensure the ambulance is in good working condition (clean, properly equipped, maintained).

Safely transport patients to medical facilities.

Communicate effectively with dispatchers, medical personnel and patients.

Adhere to traffic laws and regulations, ensure safety of all passengers.

Maintain accurate records and logs : patient info, trip details, vehicle checks.

Perform routine vehicle inspections before each shift (fuel, equipment, tires, etc.).

Provide assistance in emergency situations when required.

What we’re looking for

Valid driving licence; clean driving record.

Familiarity with local roads / routes around Klang Valley / Shah Alam.

Able to remain calm and act responsibly under pressure (emergencies, transporting patients).

Good communication skills — interacting with medical staff, patients, dispatch.

Vehicle maintenance awareness : able to monitor and ensure vehicle readiness.

Willingness to work shifts / on-call / irregular hours (common in patient transport roles).
