We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to support our sales efforts by connecting with potential customers, promoting products or services, and setting appointments or closing sales over the phone. In this role, you'll play a vital part in generating leads, building rapport with prospects, and supporting the overall sales process.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, marketing, or communication is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of telemarketing, customer service, or phone-based sales experience.
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and follow a structured call process.
Experience in B2B or B2C telemarketing is a plus.
Flexibility to work remotely and occasional willingness to support campaigns in different time zones if needed.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using prepared call lists or leads generated through marketing efforts.
Introduce and explain the company’s products or services clearly and persuasively.
Qualify leads and identify opportunities for further engagement or direct sales.
Schedule follow-up calls or appointments for sales representatives when needed.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, responses, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Respond to customer inquiries and handle objections professionally.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and follow up on promotions.
Stay informed about products, industry trends, and competitive offerings to effectively answer questions.
Provide feedback on lead quality and customer responses to support ongoing campaign improvements.
Assist with basic post-sale support and ensure a smooth handoff to relevant teams if needed.
Generate qualified leads to support the sales pipeline and revenue growth.
Contribute to sales conversions through effective phone-based communication.
Maintain high call volumes while delivering a professional and positive customer experience.
Accurately document all call activities and outcomes in the CRM system.
Build awareness of the brand and enhance market visibility through consistent outreach.
