Our client is a leading Bank with a global network across the region and globe. They are expanding their business and seeking a Bank Sales Representative to join their dynamic team in Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Actively engage with customers or clients to provide consultancy, advisory, and marketing of insurance products and plans.
- Prospect, perform cold calling, qualify customers, set appointments, and provide financial advisory services.
- Collaborate with branch colleagues to convert leads / referrals into sales closures and build relationships with bank customers for future up-selling.
- Participate in sales and marketing events at the bank to acquire new customers; provide follow-up on policy servicing (e.g., payment mode changes, plan changes, trustee appointments, top-ups).

Working experience or fresh graduates are welcome; coaching and buddy support system available for fresh hires.Candidates possess at least Diploma / Degree; or SPM holders with at least 5 passes (inclusive of BM) and at least 3 years of working experience.Outgoing personality with ability to engage in conversation with people at all levels.Good communication in Chinese and English is an added advantage.Resourceful, results-driven and aspiring to achieve a high variable income.Benefits
