About the Role

Work as an internal SAP Development & Integration consultant, supporting enhancement and rollout projects.

• Design, develop, and customize integration solutions to fulfill business requirements, using combination of SAP PI / PO (ESR and ID), SAP ABAP (ABAP Proxies, OData API, Function Modules, SOAP Web Service) and / or BTP.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager or Delivery Lead to estimate effort and formulate project plans.
• Work closely with functional and business teams to comprehend requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
• Develop and fine-tune codes (Java mapping, XSLT mapping, UDFs, ABAP) in accordance with AIA coding standards and guidelines.
• Document technical designs and specifications.
• Participate in Peer Code Reviews as an integral part of the quality assurance process.
• Provide hyper‑care support and transfer knowledge to the support team.
• Maintain the development and integration inventory list, along with other live documents, ensuring they are always up-to-date.
• Assist in the RFP process or in the evaluation of vendors / products.
• Serve as the escalation point for daily support issues.
