As we grow, we're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Merchandising Executive to join our team and drive value through innovative promotional merchandise and branding support.

Job Responsibilities :

As a Merchandising Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring our merchandise reflects the company's brand identity and supports campaign objectives. Your responsibilities include :

1. Merchandise Sourcing & Development

  • Identify, evaluate, and liaise with local and international suppliers for promotional items.
  • Negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery timelines to meet campaign and budget needs.
  • Develop creative, innovative merchandise ideas aligned with brand image and event themes.

2. Inventory & Stock Management

  • Monitor and manage merchandise stock levels at HQ, DC, and event locations.
  • Ensure timely replenishment, accurate stock records, and proper storage.
  • Coordinate distribution of stock for events and departmental needs.
  • 3. Event & Promotion Support

  • Work with Event & Promotion teams to prepare merchandise for campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions, and corporate events.
  • Oversee quality checks and ensure timely delivery of merchandise before events.
  • Support event setups, including displays, booths, and branding materials.
  • 4. Quality Control & Compliance

  • Ensure merchandise complies with company quality standards and branding guidelines.
  • Conduct regular audits and checks on merchandise conditions.
  • 5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain supplier quotations, purchase orders, stock reports, and usage logs.
  • Provide weekly updates on merchandise movement and sourcing progress.
  • Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and ISO documentation requirements.
  • Requirements :

  • Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years' experience in merchandising, purchasing, event support, or related roles.
  • Experience in vendor management and sourcing is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva / Adobe Illustrator) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with event management flow and procurement systems.
  • A team player with good attitude, professionalism, and adaptability.
