Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Comm, or related field.
- Able to speak in Mandarin
- At least 2 years' experience in admin support, event planning, or digital marketing.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiar with social media tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Creative, resourceful, and able to solve problems independently.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential matters.
- Willing to travel as and when required (within Malaysia and oversea)
Responsibilities
Manage Director’s schedule, travel, and general admin tasks.Plan and coordinate company events and marketing campaigns or events.Assist in digital marketing execution (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads).Handle social media content creation, scheduling, and monitoring.Liaise with vendors, internal teams, and marketing partners.Track budgets, monitor campaign results, and prepare reports.Coordinate with marketing agency to ensure align with branding and goalsMonitor marketing KPIs and provide regular reports or updates to the Director.Support ad-hoc tasks and cross-departmental coordination.Benefits
