Food & Beverage Outlet Manager - Mantanani Island Resort
JSK Mantanani Island Resort - the LARGEST Resort on Mantanani Island which caters for various resort activities including accommodation, FMCG, F&B, vending machine, souvenir outlet, beach recreational sports, snorkeling, diving, boat transfer, and other island resort-centered activities. We are currently looking for experienced and dedicated individuals with a "CAN DO" attitude to join our family.
This position is based in Mantanani Island.
Responsibilities :
- Reports to the F&B Manager.
- Manage the all-day dining / speciality restaurant / Sports Bar & KTV / Beach Bar, and day-to-day F&B operations within authorized guidelines and to Company established standards.
- Propose outlet menus, F&B service-related purchases, and continuously make necessary improvements.
- Create and enforce outlet / bar policies, targets, and KPIs.
- Maintain positive customer relationships, process complaints, and respond to customer needs.
- Establish targets, KPIs, duty rosters, schedules, policies, and procedures.
- Comply with all food, beverage, health, and safety regulations.
- Forecast, plan, source, and order supplies for the restaurant / beverages for the bar.
- Build positive relationships with food and beverage vendors.
- Hire, train, and manage outlet food and beverage service & bar staff.
- Keep up to date with industry trends.
Requirements :
A certificate, diploma, or degree in Food & Beverage Management / Bar Management is a prerequisite.5 years of experience in the hospitality / food & beverage / bar industry, emphasizing service and bar management.Must be able to communicate (read and write) in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
