Job Description

We are seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) with strong technical expertise in home appliance components, including motors, printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA), wire harnesses, and power supply units (PSUs). This role is responsible for ensuring supplier quality, driving root cause analysis, and implementing robust quality systems to support high-performance, reliable products.

Responsibilities

• Component Quality Oversight : Manage and monitor the quality of motors, PCBA, wire harnesses, and PSUs from suppliers, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.
• Supplier Audits & Qualification : Conduct supplier audits (process, system, and product) and support supplier qualification and onboarding.
• Failure Analysis & Diagnostics : Lead root cause analysis for component failures using tools such as :

Motors : Oscilloscopes, vibration analyzers, torque testers, and thermal imaging.
