Responsible to produce timely management reports and financial statements.

Responsible to produce timely group consolidation and workings.

Responsible to check monthly intercompany reconciliation at group level.

Responsible for organization’s accounting, statutory compliances and financial functions such as tax submission, annual statutory accounts.

To prepare and review financial data and analysis for monthly and quarterly results. To come out with few simulations of Group results prior to finalizing the quarter results with forecast results and borrowings.

To assist in ensuring company’s account comply with the company’s policies, procedures, statutory requirements and tax compliance.

To coordination and liaise with auditors in order to complete the annual audit on timely basis.

In-charge person for liaison with tax agents, company secretary and bankers of the company relating to financial related matters.

Key person in compiling annual budget / business plan and budget review from individual division and assist in preparing for FC review.

To perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.

To comply with applicable legal and other requirements.

To review and approve Account Payable (AP) entries.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :

Degree In Accountancy / Professional qualification in Finance or Accounting / MIA qualification.

Preference with the Candidate with ACCA / CIMA or professional qualification which will be an added advantage.

Candidate must know cash flow management, group consolidation knowledge, forecasting and projections for both Group Cash Flow and Financial Result.

Minimum 7 years working experience in group consolidation industry and 3 years in managerial position.

Has sound financial and management accounting knowledge.

Good interpersonal, negotiating, time management and leadership skill.

Able to communicate with all levels of people.

Well organized, detailed, analytical, systematic and time, cost, quality safety conscious.
