Refrigeration Operations & Maintenance

Operate, monitor, and maintain ammonia and / or freon refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Compressed Air Systems

Manage the operation, inspection, and preventive maintenance of compressed air generation and distribution systems.

Team Leadership

Supervise and mentor maintenance technicians, ensuring work is completed efficiently and in compliance with safety standards.

Process Safety Management (PSM)

Ensure compliance with PSM requirements for ammonia systems, including documentation, hazard analysis, and safety drills.

Safety & Environmental Compliance

Adhere to DOSH, OSHA, and other regulatory standards, ensuring safe work practices and environmental responsibility.

Energy Efficiency

Monitor system performance to identify and implement energy-saving initiatives.

Technical Support & Documentation

Maintain accurate technical records, reports, and maintenance logs, and provide engineering support for projects or system upgrades.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial refrigeration systems (ammonia and freon).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Hands‑on experience with Process Safety Management (PSM) program implementation and compliance.
