Job Description

• To perform taking-off from architectural / structural drawings for quotation preparation
• To attend to task assigned for from time to time pre- and post-contract
• Follow up on the pre- and post-contract of projects assigned.
• Evaluate work progress at site (ongoing project) for preparation of monthly claim.
• Assist in resolving contractual and commercial issues with clients, contractors and suppliers.
• Co-ordinate the procurement of materials and enquiries to suppliers for the projects and ensuring expenses within budget.
• Monitor closely the project costs and present project cost reports on a periodically.
• To prepare and submit project progressive claim and subcon & wages claims.
• Finalization of project final account.
