Job description

Position : Customer Services

Location : Taman Molek, Johor

Working Hours : Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)

Salary : Basic RM 2.8k to 3k based on exp

Job Responsibilities :

  • Managing end to end operation, shipping and sales support functions.
  • Act as a liaison, providing product / services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Constantly review working processes with vendors.
  • Coordination on documentation between customers and carriers.

Requirements :

  • Good command of Mandarin language to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Meticulous and Details Oriented
  • Ability to work in teams and open to others' views
  • Managing relationship with Client / Carrier / Agent for smooth shipment process, a strong communication skill is ideal.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
