Position : Manager Level

Responsibilities :

• Manage commercial and technical aspects of client tenders and budget proposals in accordance with company processes.
• Update tracking for SE / MS / Budgetary / Tender / RFQ / TC received daily.
• Lead and identify opportunities based on customer insight using solution skills.
• Achieve monthly sales targets, sustain revenue growth, and provide recommendations for account growth.
• Develop new markets for potential customers.
• Provide technical expertise in analyzing customer requirements and assist sales / pre‑sales consultants in developing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Accountable for technical solutions proposed to customers.
• Secure orders, close deals by negotiating and following up closely with clients / end users, updating daily.
• Ensure all tender / RFQ quotations are closed and update bid status daily.
• Seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Liaise directly with suppliers, distributors, manufacturers, factories, principals regarding products.
• Perform overall quality control of work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel performance).
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with suppliers and project participants for technical support.
• Assist team with documentation, reports, and enquiries from client or supplier.
• Ensure projects are completed within schedule planning.
• Visit project sites / workshops to monitor status and provide regular updates.
• Support subsidiary company as required.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks as necessary.
