The ideal candidate will be comfortable reaching out to new people and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing potential candidates through various job portals, search and networking.
- Perform screening to assess candidates' suitability.
- Coordinate to arrange interviews between clients and candidates.
- Get feedback and outcomes from Consultants on presented candidates. Keep all candidates informed on the outcome.
- Completing all candidate and client information on database system, generate report as and when required.
- Ensuring all information is kept up to date.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor's Degree in any field.
