Job Descriptions :
- Support new product trials and prototyping initiatives
- Prepare production-related checklists, records, and reports
- Plan, coordinate, and track production schedules
- Ensure timely shipment delivery in line with customer expectations
- Coordinate inventory movement with relevant departments
- Recruit, train, and evaluate production operators
- Supervise daily operations and provide technical support to staff
- Monitor production to meet budget and timeline requirements
- Manage staff performance, discipline, and development activities
- Generate inventory status and work progress reports
- Perform other tasks as required
Job Requirements :
Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Industrial fieldsAt least 6 years of experience in production (Team Leader / Senior Operator / Associate Supervisor roles)Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principlesGood communication and interpersonal skills with conflict management abilityKnowledge and practice of 5S housekeepingFamiliarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 13485Self-motivated, proactive, and hands-on in production activitiesExperience with ERP systems (SAP, IFS, etc.) is an added advantage
