Job descriptionMinimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Industrial fields At least 6 years of experience in production (Team Leader / Senior Operator / Associate Supervisor roles) Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles Good communication and interpersonal skills with conflict management ability Knowledge and practice of 5S housekeeping Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 13485 Self-motivated, proactive, and hands-on in production activities Experience with ERP systems (SAP, IFS, etc.) is an added advantage
