Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Maintenance Manager located in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Assistant Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing daily maintenance operations. This includes supervising maintenance staff, managing equipment maintenance, conducting preventive maintenance, and handling maintenance and repair tasks. The role also involves ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out efficiently to maintain the hotel's high standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Maintenance Management and Maintenance & Repair tasks
• Experience with Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance procedures
• Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and guide maintenance staff
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in maintenance or a related field are a plus
• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is advantageous
