Your role

We welcome graduates from all degree backgrounds - no STEM experience required! If you're passionate about tech, we'll equip you with the skills you need to succeed.

As an FDM Consultant in Software Engineering, you'll start with up to a 6-week upskilling programme to build core capabilities. Our outcome-based assessments ensure you get further, faster. This is followed by practice-based learning tailored to client needs. You'll then take on roles such as Software Engineer, Automation Tester, Site Reliability Engineer, or Cloud Engineer, with continuous upskilling and career development opportunities.
