Job description

Qualifications & experience

Diploma or Degree in Food Technology or its equivalent.
Fresh graduates can be considered.
Prepared to work in shifts.
Based in Petaling Jaya.

Tasks & responsibilities

Responsible for the quality control of raw materials, materials-in-process and finished products.

To perform routine QC tests and collect sample for QC tests.

To conduct physical and chemical analysis on non-refrigerated products.

To perform periodic calibration on all laboratory test equipment.

To report any non-conformity in in-coming materials, in-process products and finished products.

To monitor and record temperature of laboratory test equipment.

Any other tasks given from time to time.
