Job responsibilities
- Overseeing Clinic Operations and staff duties
- Handle patient and client relations, complaints and related matters
- Keeping medical professionals informed about healthcare administered at the clinic
- Managing internal and external communication, clinic operation & administrative handling, and developing procedures to deliver optimal patient care.
- Assist in recruitment, on boarding, training, mentoring and evaluation of staffs.
- Contribute and support business development initiatives.
- Project management and execution.
- General day-to-day administration duties and clinical support
- Ensure all clinic equipment are well maintained according to the clinic and audits requirements
Job requirement
Minimum Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in any healthcare fieldMore than 5 years of experience in healthcare industryCustomer service orientation with a pleasant disposition.Be able to deal with sensitivity to the needs of patients with different cultural, environmental and social backgrounds.Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to manage pressure, multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Job Type : Full-time
Pay : RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
